21/04/14: Israeli Army attack Burin boys school

On Easter Monday afternoon the Israeli Army attacked Burin Boys School, just south of Nablus. The Army stormed the school and fired tear gas at the students as they were studying. Following the attack the school was closed resulting in the students education being interrupted again.

This is not the first time the Army has attacked the school. An Army patrol is regularly posted outside the school in an act of provocation, and last month the school was attacked twice by the Army, accusing students of throwing stones at them.

Burin village is surrounded by the illegal settlements of Bracha and Yitzhar, home to some of the most extreme Jewish terrorists. The village is regularly attacked by these terrorists accompanied by the Israeli Army.

Illegal settlements of rapidly expanded in the last few years with 2013 showing over 100% increase in building. SFP asks everyone to abide by the request of Palestinians for boycott, divestment and sanctions against Apartheid Israel. To find out how to boycott and join the campaign please click here.
