16/05/15: SFP says “we ARE returning”, Apartheid Israel attacks

On Saturday 16 May activists from SFP led the march for the right of return for all Palestinian refugees to Huwwara Military checkpoint. The Army opened fire on the activists hitting several, including photographer Nidal Eshtayeh, who was hit directly in the eye. Activists shouted their message loud and clear “we are returning” and were joined by refugees from Balata refugee camp and the main political and civil society groups in Nablus.

SFP calls on the Palestinian disapora around the world to unite and march back to Palestine. SFP also calls on supporters around the world to increase their support and activities to encourage boycott, divestment and sanctions (BDS) against Apartheid Israel. SFP will continue to struggle until all the refugees are home and Palestine is free.

شارك نشطاء المقاومة الشعبية من حركة تضامن من أجل فلسطين حرة sfp في مسيرة العودة على حاجز حواره .

حيث توجه المئات من المشاركين بإتجاه حاجز حواره حاملين رايات العودة والأعلام الفلسطينية ورفعوا شعارات عن حق العودة .

وعند الوصول إلى الحاجز أطلق جنود الاحتلال الإسرائيلي العشرات من قنابل الصوت والغاز المسيل للدموع والرصاص المطاط مما أدى إلى إصابة العشرات من ضمنهم صحفيين ومتضامنة إيطاليه وقد تعرض الصحفي مراسل الوكالة الصينيه إلى إصابه مباشره بالعين وقد تم نقل معظم المصابين إلى المستشفيات في نابلس .

حركة تضامن من أجل فلسطين حرة sfp أكدت على حق العوده وقالت إن الشعب الفلسطيني في الوطن المحتل وفي الشتات يتوحد على قضية العودة ولا يمكن التنازل عنها وطالبوا بمزيد من المقاطعه للإحتلال الإسرائيلي BDS والعمل على تقديمه لمحكمة الجنايات الدوليه .

 

15/05/15: SFP spread the word that “we will return”

On Friday 15 May activists from SFP went to Huwwara checkpoint and distributed hundreds of Palestinian flags and black ‘right of return’ flags to passing motorists. This is part of a series of activities SFP has been organising to commemorate Al Nakba and reassert the right of return.

SFP stands firmly with the refugees in saying “we will return” and will be organising more actions in the days to come.

بالقرب من حاجز حواره قام نشطاء المقاومه الشعبيه  من sfp بتوزيع مئات الاعلام الفلسطينيه والرايات السوداء على السيارات الفلسطينيه الداخلة والخارجه من نابلس    وقد اكد النشطاء في الذكرى 67 للنكبه  على ان حق العوده  وان الشعب الفلسطيني لن ينسى  حقه في العوده  الى اراضيه التي تم تهجيره منها

 

15/05/15: Balata under Israeli attack

In the early hours of Friday morning Israeli forces invaded the area surrounding Balata refugee camp to allow access by Jewish settlers. The soldiers opened fire on the residents of the camp shooting several, including the brother of an SFP member. SFP activists visited those shot and injured in Rafidia hospital the following day and are pleased to report that they are all recovering well.

The Army invade the camp regularly, either to kidnap residents or allow passage of extermist Jewish settlers to Joseph’s Tomb, located just outside the camp. They invade with dozens of jeeps and snipers in the middle of the night, opening fire on Palestinians living nearby.

On the eve of Al Nakba commemorations SFP stand with the refugees of Balata in saying “we will return” and resisting the violent attacks by Apartheid Israel.

نشطاء المقاومه الشعبيه من SFP يقومون بزيارة جرحى مخيم بلاطه

بعد الاحداث التي شهدها مخيم بلاطه ليلة الجمعه اثناء اقتحام مئات المستوطنين بحماية جنود الاحتلال الاسرائيلي قبر يوسف –بالقرب من مخيم بلاطه حيث اطلق جنود الاحتلال الاسرائيلي الرصاص الحي والقنابل المسيل للدموع والرصاص المطاط مما ادى الى اصابة 22 شخص تم نقلهم الى المستشفيات في نابلس ,حيث اتضح ان معظم الجرحى تعرضو لاطلاق الرصاص عليهم في القدم مما ادى الى تفتت العظام وصعوبة ازالة الشظايا كون الرصاص الذي يطلقه جنود الاحتلال هو رصاص متفجر “دمدم”.

14/05/15: SFP tells the Occupation ‘we will return’

On the eve of the commemoration of Al Nakba (“the catastrophe” in Arabic) SFP activists raised the Palestinian flag and covered an Israeli Military checkpoint with slogans reasserting the right of return for all Palestinian refugees. Activists also placed the black flag which denotes the refugees struggle on the top of the Military watchtower.

SFP activists have been organising and participating in several activities in the run-up to the commemoration. SFP resolutely asserts the Palestinians international human right to return to their land they were forcibly removed from by the Zionist militia.

13/05/15: SFP remembers Al Nakba

As Palestinians around the world, and within Palestine, prepare to commemorate the Nakba (the catastrophe in Arabic) SFP activists put up flags and banners in Nablus’s main square. SFP activists hoisted banners reiterating the right of return for all refugees and their determination to work towards return.

SFP will continue to struggle until Palestine is free and the refugees can come home and in the days to come will be taking part and organising activities around the right of return.

حيث قام النشطاء بتعليق اللافتات المطالبة بحق عودة اللاجئين الفلسطينيين إلى مدنهم وقراهم المهجرة منذ عام 1948 و وقاموا بتعليق أعلام فلسطين والرايات السوداء الخاصة بالنكبة والتي تحمل شعار العودة إلى الأراضي الفلسطينية في الأماكن العامة من مدينة نابلس

وأكد نشطاء المقاومة الشعبية إنهم مستمرون في نضالهم حتى نيل حقوقهم بعودة اللاجئين وإطلاق سراح الأسرى وتحقيق الحرية والعداله للشعب الفلسطيني ،

07/03/15: SFP march for International Women’s Day – Apartheid Israel attacks

On Saturday 7 March, SFP, led by the women of SFP, marched with other Palestinian women’s groups towards Qalandiya checkpoint. As the women reached the checkpoint, which separates the West Bank area of Palestine from its capital city, Jerusalem, the Israeli Army opened fire on the demonstrators with volleys of tear gas and pepper spray. Several activists were transferred to Ramallah hospital for treatment after suffering suffocation from inhaling the toxic fumes.

Palestinian have continued to be leaders of the resistance against the illegal occupation of their land. While marching today the women called upon women around the world to join the Palestinians struggle for freedom and for the trail of Apartheid Israel for war crimes. The women also called for the complete rejection of the racist policies of the Occupation and freedom and independence for Palestinian women.

SFP congratulates women all over the world and salutes the brave women that lead the march for freedom everywhere. SFP will continue to support Palestinian women and the particular female prisoners as we stand together to gain our freedom.

شارك نشطاء المقاومة الشعبية من حركة تضامن من اجل فلسطين حره SFPالمرأه الفلسطينيه احتفالاتها بيوم الثامن من آذار,  حيث توجه المئات من كافة المحافظات  الى حاجز قلنديا –رام الله ,تعبيرا عن رفضهم لسياسات الاحتلال العنصرية وقد وجهت النساء الفلسطينيات  صرخاتهم ألمطالبه بالحرية والاستقلال , والخلاص من الاحتلال وصرخات تطالب المجتمع الدولي بمحاكمه هذا الاحتلال على جرائمه, وقد استمرت المسيرة إلى حاجز قلنديا حيث قام جنود الاحتلال الإسرائيلي بإطلاق كثيف للقنابل الغاز للمسيل للدموع وقام بإطلاق الماده ” الفلفل الحارق “على وجوه المشاركين مما أدى الى إصابة العديد من المشاركات والمشاركين بحالات اختناق   تم نقل معظمهن إلى مستشفى رام الله .

01/09/14: Al Fara’ camp under attack

As dawn broke in Palestine on Monday 1 September, Al Fara’ refugee camp was attacked by the Israeli Army. The invasion was under the pretext of arresting ‘wanted’ Palestinians, however the Army reigned terror on the camps residents.

The Army detained parents of wanted youths, threatening to arrest them if the youths did not hand themselves in and ransacking homes. They arrested Asim Mansoor, Ismail Badra, Ali Waked and Farouk Abu Hasan.

The brave youth of the camp attempted to defend the camp against the attack as the Occupation fired live ammunition, tear gas, rubber-coated steel bullets and sound bombs. In addition, the Army used some residents as human shields as they invaded properties and businesses.

Mustafa Mahmoud Abu Bade bakery was attacked and volleys of tear gas were fired not only damaging the bread but also causing suffocation of the workers. Several other young men were wounded and taken to hospital, including one youth wounded in the stomach.

Al Fara’ camp, who’s residents are refugees from the north of historical Palestine, is often subjected to Army attacks and arrests. This latest invasion was the largest in several years.

داهمت قوات كبيرة من جيش الاحتلال فجر امس مخيم الفارعة ودخلت المخيم من عدة جهات وكانت الاعداد هي الاكبر منذ فترة واقتحمت العديد من المنازل بحجة البحث عن مطلوبين وعمدت الى اعتقال ابائهم وحققت معهم وافرجت عنهم لاحقا وهم عاصم منصور واسماعيل البدرة وعلي الواكد وفاروق ابو الحسن كما اعتقلت مجموعة من الشبان وتعرضت قوات الاحتلال للرشق بالحجارة والقنابل يدوية الصنع ( الكوع ) واطلقت قوات الاحتلال قنابل غازية وصوتية ورصاص مطاطي كما استخدمت الرصاص الحي وعاثت في المنازل واتفت المحتويات بحجة التفتيش وتسببت بتكسير العديد من زجاج سيارات المواطنين

رصاص حي ورصاص معدني ومطاطي وقنابل غازات سامه وخانقه وقنابل صوتيه وكلاب بوليسيه وتدمير للمتلكات وتكسير للمركبات واصابات بالغاز والرصاص المعدني واضرار ماديه بالمخابز وبعض المحلات التجاريه ورعب وهلع واقتحامات للمنازل هذا ما افاق عليه اهالي مخيم الفارعه فجر يوم الاثنين الموافق 1 / 9 / 2014 قوات كبيره من الجنود الاسرائلين يقتحمون مخيم الفارعه من جميع المداخل وقامت باقتحام العديد من المنازل باحثه عن شبان تدعي انهم مطلوبين وقد عرف من هذه المنازل منزل السيد ( عاصم حسن منصور ومنزل السيد اسماعيل البدره ومنزل المرحوم صبحي عبد الجواد ومنزل السيد عبد الولويل ومنزل السيد فاروق هارون ابو حسن ) وغيرها من المنازل وقد عاثوا دمار وتخريب في محتويات هذه المنازل كما تم تكسير زجاج مركبة السيد مصطفى محمود ابو لباده كما الحقت اضرار في مخبز المرحوم شوكت صبح ابو مجدي عندما اختنق جميع العاملين فيه جراء استنشاق الغاز وقاموا بترك المخبز شغار والافران تعمل مما ادى الى خراب العجين واحتراق الخبز وسقوطه على الارض كما تم اعتقال العديد من الاشخاص واستخدموا دروع بشريه وعند انسحاب القوات من المخيم الذين دارت بينهم وبين شبان المخيم مواجهات عنيفه امطروا سماء المخيم بالغازات السامه والرصاص الحي والمعدني مما ادى الى اصابة الحاجه ( فظليه حسن سبلان ام عادل الفدائي ) باصابات خطره جدا نتيجة استنشاقها الغاز الذي سقط وبكثافه على منزلهم علما ان الحاجه المذكوره طريحة الفراش وتعاني العديد من الامراض وتم نقلها الى مستشفى طوباس التر كي لخطورة وضعها الصحي كما اصيب شاب في رصاصه معدنيه في بطنه واصيب اخر برضوض وكسور في قدمه ونقلوا جميعهم الى المستشفى لاستكمال العلاج بعض الصور من اﻻرشيف دعواتكم لهم اخوتي بالشفاء والسلامه و

08/08/14: Nablus, Balata and the villages say “No more”

Shortly after the noon prayers on Friday 8 August SFP led the march of Palestinians from the Nablus area and its surrounding refugee camps and villages to the illegal colony road of Elon Moreh. At the Beit Furik military checkpoint the soldiers attacked the marchers firing live ammunition, rubber coated steel bullets, tear gas and what is known as “skunk” water. 15 people were injured from the live ammunition, with one young man, Imad Khatatbeh (20 years old) shot in the eye. He has lost the sight in that eye. In addition, the Army attacked a Palestinian journalist kicking him in the stomach so that he required medical treatment. As well as targeting the Press and unarmed demonstrators, the Army shot 3 times with rubber coated steel bullets, Ahmad Saleh, an SFP activist and volunteer with Medical Relief. He was clearly identifiable as a medical personnel and was targeted nonetheless.

Following the demonstration SFP activists visited the injured in Rafidia hospital. 15 were injured at the demonstration, in addition to Imad, activists visited Murad Mahmoud Ibrahimi, 20 years old, who had been shot in his leg and 26 year old Bassem Marshoud shot in his side. Activists also visited injured from Kufr Qaddoum village, who had been shot at their weekly demonstration. 3 villagers had been shot with one in a critical condition and the possibility he will not walk again.

Today, led by SFP and its activists, the marchers said loud and clear:

Stop the massacres…. Stop the killing of our children…. Stop the destruction of our homes.

No more settlements; no more siege; no more Occupation; and the refugees are coming home.

The activists were also joined by refugees from all the major refugee camps around Nablus and Tubas. The refugees were clear in their message:

Today we say it is time to go home. Today we say no more to the thief of our land. Today we say no more to the Occupation. We will remove all the Occupation from our lands and help our brothers and sisters in Gaza go home to their lands in Al-Majdal and Huj.

The Palestinian villages of Al-Majdal and Huj were destroyed and replaced with the Israeli towns of Ashkelon and Sderot, after the Palestinians were forcibly expelled from their land to Gaza in 1948. Under international law and UN resolution 194 refugees have the right to return to their homes:

…that refugees wishing to return to their homes and live at peace with their neighbour should be permitted to do so at the earliest practicable date.

There are estimated around 6 million Palestinian refugees and their descendants. 80% of the population of Gaza are refugees, forcible expelled from their land in 1948. SFP is determined to carry on their efforts against the illegal Occupation of their land, and until all the refugees can go home.

 بعد وقت قصير من صلاة الظهر يوم الجمعة 8 أغسطس قاد نشطاء  المقاومه الشعبيه من حركة تضامن SFP مسيرة الفلسطينيين من منطقة نابلس ومخيمات اللاجئين المحيطة بها والقرى إلى الطريق  للمستعمرة الغير شرعيه  ألون موريه. على حاجز بيت فوريك العسكري والذي يفصل بيت فوريك والقرى الاخرى شرق نابلس  عن مدينه نابلس,  هاجم الجنود المتظاهرين بإطلاق الذخيرة الحية والرصاص الفولاذي المغلف بالمطاط والغاز المسيل للدموع وما يعرف باسم “المياه العادمه “. أصيب 15 شخصا من الذخيرة الحية، مع شاب واحد، عماد خطاطبة (20 عاما) أصيب بعيار ناري في العين مما ادى الى فقدان عينه اليمنى وبالإضافة إلى ذلك، هاجم جيش صحفي فلسطيني بركله في بطنه وانه بحاجة إلى معالجة طبية. فضلا عن استهداف الصحافيين والمتظاهرين العزل، الجيش أطلق النار 3 مرات مع الرصاص الفولاذي المغلف بالمطاط، أحمد صالح، الناشط في  SFP ومتطوع في الاغاثه الطبيه . مع العلم انه كان يرتدي ما  يشير انه  مسعف  وأنه من العاملين في المجال الطبي وعلى الرغم من ذلك كان مستهدفا.

في أعقاب مظاهرة نشطاء التضامن  SFP زار الجرحى في مستشفى رفيديا. أصيب 15 شخصا في المظاهرة، بالإضافة إلى عماد خطاطبه ، زار نشطاءsfp مراد محمود الإبراهيمي، 20 عاما، الذي كان قد أصيب في ساقه وقتل باسم مرشود 26 عاما في جانبه. نشطاء كما زار المصابين من قرية كفر قدوم، الذي كان قد أطلق النار على تظاهرتهم الأسبوعية. تم إطلاق النار وتم اصابه ثلاثه من المتظاهرين ,أحد في حالة حرجة واحتمال انه لن يمشي مرة أخرى.

اليوم، وقال المتظاهرون بصوت عال وواضح بقيادة SFP ونشطائها:

وقف المجازر …. وقف قتل أطفالنا …. وقف تدمير بيوتنا.

لا مزيد من المستوطنات؛ لا مزيد من الحصار. لا يوجد المزيد الاحتلال . وعلى واللاجئين العودة إلى وطنهم.

وانضم نشطاء أيضا لاجئون من جميع مخيمات اللاجئين الرئيسية في جميع أنحاء نابلس وطوباس. كان واضحا اللاجئين في رسالتهم:

اليوم نقول حان الوقت العودة إلى ديارهم. اليوم نقول لا أكثر لسارق أرضنا. اليوم نقول لا أكثر للاحتلال. سنقوم بإزالة كل الاحتلال من أرضنا ومساعدة إخواننا وأخواتنا في غزة إلى المنزل إلى أراضيهم في المجدل وهوج. ونقول كفى للعدوان الاسرائيلي  على غزه وعلى الاحتلال ان يتم تقديمه للماكمه على جرائمه بحق الاطفال والشعب الفلسطيني في غزه

تم تدمير القرى الفلسطينية من المجدل وهوج واستبدالها مع البلدات الإسرائيلية عسقلان وسديروت، بعد أن طرد الفلسطينيين قسرا من أراضيهم إلى غزة في 1948. بموجب القانون الدولي وقرار الأمم المتحدة رقم 194 لاجئ الحق في العودة إلى منازلهم:

… أن اللاجئين الراغبين في العودة إلى ديارهم والعيش بسلام مع جيرانهم يجب أن يسمح لهم بذلك في أقرب وقت ممكن.

ويقدر وجود حوالي 6 ملايين لاجئ فلسطيني وأحفادهم. 80٪ من سكان غزة هم من اللاجئين، تم طردهم قسريا  من أراضيهم في 1948.حركة تضامن  SFP عازمة على الاستمرار في جهودهم ضد الاحتلال غير المشروع لأراضيهم، وحتى يمكن لجميع اللاجئين العودة إلى ديارهم.

05/08/14: Israeli Army invade, attempt to kidnap and attack the refugees of Al Far’a camp, Tubas

In the early hours of Tuesday morning the Israeli Army invaded Al Far’a refugee camp in Tubas and shot 22 year old Mahmoud Ali Waked in the leg with live ammunition.

The Army came to kidnap the son of Musa Alian, Mahdi, damaging property in their home and firing volleys of tear gas at the camp’s youth, who bravely came to defend against the attack. A woman, Um Mustafa, was also treated for tear gas inhalation, as the Army fired tear gas directly at homes.

The youth were able to bravely repel the invading Army and Mahdi Musa Alian was not kidnapped.

Al Far’a camp is located in Tubas Governorate. Far’a’s refugees come from 30 villages to the north-east of Haifa. Under international law, like the Palestinian refugees in Gaza and elsewhere, they have the right to return to their homes inside the ’48 area of Palestine. SFP will continue to support all the refugees until they are able to return home.

اصابة السيده ام مصطفى صبح بالاختناق من قنابل الغاز التي اطلقها جنود الاحتلال تجاه منازل مخيم الفارعه وقدمت لها طواقم اسعاف جمعية الهلال الاحمر الفلسطيني مركز طوباس الاسعاف اللازم كما اصيب الشاب محمود علي واكد 22 عام برصاصه حي في فخذه وذلك عندما اقتحمت قوات خاصة من الجيش الاسرائيلي فجر يوم الثلاثاء الموافق 5 / 8 / 2014 مخيم الفارعة كما قامت القوات بمداهمة منزل المواطن مهدي عليان ومحمد عليان الدرزي وعند اكتشاف خبر الاقتحام دارت مواجهات عنيفة بين الشبان وقوات الاحتلال مما ادى الى فشل العملية ولم يتم اعتقال اي احد من الذين تم مداهمة منازلهم وخرجت القوات بفشل لعمليتهم السلامه للمصابين والسلامه لاهلنا في مخيم الفارعه

22/06/14: Israel’s insatiable blood lust and looting

As Apartheid Israel’s campaign of terror entered it’s 10th day, the Army’s thirst for Palestinian blood was insatiable. As cities across the West Bank area endured another night of invasions and terror the Army shot dead 30 year old Muhammad Ismail Atallah Tarifi and 27 year old mentally disabled Ahmad Said Suod Khalid.

The Army also kidnapped dozens more Palestinians, bringing the total so far to well over 400. All pretense of a hunt for the 3 allegedly kidnapped illegal settlers seems to have been dropped by Israel as the Army terrorise residents in mass and have began looting, with reports across the West Bank of soldiers stealing thousands of dollars from homes they ransack.

Mean while as Apartheid Israel continues to satisfy it’s thirsty for blood, Palestinian detainees enter their 60th day on hunger strike. Peacefully protesting their illegal internment without trial or charge.

Ramallah

In scenes not seen since the invasions of 2002, the Army invaded central Ramallah, the home of the Palestinian Authority. As they terrorise residents the youth of Ramallah put up brave resistance. Muhammad was shot dead by what looks like a sniper as he was on the roof of a building. His body was not found until the morning.

SFP activist Muna al-Dalou was also injured in the head when a stun grenade was fired directly at her. Many more we injured during the invasion.

On Sunday as mourners carried Muhammad’s body for burial, illegal settlers opened fire on mourners with live ammunition. Several were thought to have been injured but we do not have accurate figures at the time of writing.

Nablus

The Army invaded and ransacked and kidnapped several Palestinians from Nablus villages, including: Madama, Urif and Salem. As their thirst for terror continued their again turned their attention to Nablus’s refugee population and camps.

In the early hours if the morning they invaded Al Ein refugee camp to the west of the city. As morning broke and residents woke to perform dawn prayers the Army shot dead 27 year old Ahmad Said Suod Khalid.

Witnessed stated that Ahmad had wanted to enter the mosque to pray and had been prevented by the Army. His family stated he was mentally disabled. The Army claim that he approached them ‘in a threatening manner’, however it is not clear how this justified his shooting in what appears to be an execution. Particularly as it should be noted that dawn had broken and Nablus by then would have been light, therefore the soldiers would have been able to clearly see Ahmad and judge that he was not carrying anything or pose any threat.

SFP join mourners as they buried Khaled in a cemetery Nablus. Another young life murdered by the same Occupiers that forced his grandparents at gunpoint from their homes in 1948 Palestine.
